Después quité la tapa, subí el fuego y le di un par de vueltas hasta que empezaron a dorarse un poquito. Reservamos.
  3. Batimos los huevos y la clara y los hacemos, o bien a modo de revuelto, o en tortilla y después la cortamos en trocitos pequeños. A mí me gusta más en modo tortilla.
  4. Cortamos los tomates secos en trocitos pequeños y el queso de cabra
  5. Mezclamos el trigo tierno cocido, con la tortilla, las setas, el queso de cabra los tomatitos, el AOVE, las especias y a comer
