Últimamente estoy en plan vago, no sé si será el verano o qué, pero me apetecen comidas sencillas y rápidas. Y precisamente eso es lo que os propongo hoy, una receta que a pesar de su elaboración básica está pa chuparse los dedos.

Por cierto, yo usé tagliatelli pero podéis usar la pasta que más os guste. Cuando la pasta esté, retiramos del fuego y escurrimos.
  3. Mientras se cuece la pasta, vamos a preparar las gambas. Para ello ponemos una sartén amplia al fuego con un chorrito generoso de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos los ajos y cocinamos a fuego medio-alto un par de minutos, hasta que adquieran un tono doradito.
  4. Cuando los ajos estén, agregamos las gambas y dejamos que se hagan un par de minutos hasta que las gambas cambien de color. Agregamos una cucharadita de perejil, removemos y cocinamos un minuto. Añadimos la pasta escurrida y salteamos todo junto un par de minutos, removiendo para que la pasta se impregne de los sabores.
  5. Pues ya tenemos nuestro plato listo, unos 20 minutos en la cocina y a disfrutar de un plato lleno de sabor. Espero que os guste!!
