  2. Mientras tanto hacemos la salsa: Calentamos aceite en una sartén e incorporamos la cebolla, el medio pimiento rojo y los tomates. Salpimentamos, añadimos una pizca de azúcar y lo dejamos hacer hasta que todo se ablande.
  3. Lo introducimos todo en la batidora, le añadimos el chile y lo trituramos hasta que nos quede una salsa homogénea. Reservamos.
  4. Cortamos el pimiento verde, el pimiento rojo y la cebolla en tiras finas.
  5. Calentamos aceite en otra sartén y salteamos las verduras unos minutos, después añadimos la carne reservada. Añadimos el azúcar, la pimienta y la sal y lo dejamos hacer todo junto.
  6. Justo antes de apagar el fuego añadimos el cilantro picado y rectificamos de sal.
  7. Sólo falta montar los tacos. Para ello ponemos en el centro de una tortilla una cucharada o dos de salsa y encima una cantidad del salteado de carne y verduras.
  8. Servimos los tacos acompañados del resto de la salsa.
