- Mientras se cocina la salsa en otra cacerola ponemos agua y cuando hierva agregamos el arroz.
- Cuando las pechugas estén cocidas, añadimos la crema de leche y removemos bien.
- Dejamos reducir 5 minutos más, a fuego suave y ¡listo para servir! Puedes espolvorear con un poco de la parte verde del verdeo, para darle color.
