- La parte más grande la estiramos sobre la pizzera (previamente aceitada) con los dedos. Colocamos encima el jamón y la mozzarella. Y precalentamos el horno a 270°C, con calor arriba y abajo.
- Estiramos la otra parte de la masa y la colocamos encima del relleno. Cerramos bien los bordes.
- Ponemos la cebolla escurrida y espolvoreamos de manera generosa el orégano. Dejamos reposar 10 minutos. Llevamos al horno precalentado y en 15 minutos estará lista.
- Dejamos atemperar un par de minutos sobre la rejilla.
