- Trozar el pollo y colocarlo en una sartén amplia o una cacerola precalentada, del lado de la piel para dorar, a fuego fuerte. (No uso aceite porque mi sartén es teflonada y no le quito la piel -por lo que ya tiene grasa-, pero si desean pueden colocarle un chorrito).
- Seguido corto la cebolla junto al pimiento todo en tiras y agrego. Giro el pollo. Bajo el fuego a medio y voy cortando la zanahoria en rueditas y el ajo picado. Agrego.
- Tapo la sartén y dejo cocinar unos diez minutos. Siempre a fuego medio. Luego cuando la cebolla transparenta un poco agrego las papas y los condimentos: uso orégano, pimentón, ají, pimienta y sal. Tapo.
- Pasados unos diez minutos revuelvo y vuelvo a tapar para cocinar hasta que la papá esté en el punto tierno, pero que no se deshace. Por último añado las arvejas (uso media lata). Cocino tapado 5 minutos y está...
