Ponemos una sartén amplia al fuego con un chorrito de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos la cebolla junto con un poquito de sal y el ajo en polvo, dejamos pochar a fuego medio-lento 10 minutos. Salpimentamos la carne y la agregamos a la cebolla junto con las hojas de laurel, salteamos a fuego medio-alto unos minutos hasta que coja color.
  3. Incorporamos los pimientos y cocinamos a fuego medio 5 minutos. Agregamos la salsa de tomate junto con un par de golpes de molinillo de pimienta negra, removemos y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento 40 minutos.
  4. Ya tenemos nuestro plato listo, servimos bien caliente con un buen trozo de pan y si el cuerpo os lo pide con unas patatas cocidas. Espero que os guste!!!
