- Al tiempo en otro fuego y con otra sartén, por ejemplo donde vayas a terminar el plato, pon otra base de aceite y cuando esté caliente añade las claras pon una pizca de sal y pimienta y remueve.
- Añade la clara ya cuajada y los palitos de surimi que habrás cortado en daditos a la sartén donde están los demás ingredientes y remueves por unos minutos. Reserva
- Saca el arroz del frigorífico y en la misma sartén donde hiciste las claras pon un poco de aceite y cuando esté caliente pon el arroz.
Recuerda que le pusiste tres yemas, así que tienes que darle bastantes vueltas, y no dejar que se pose mucho en la base se la sartén.
Pasado unos minutos, espolvorea ajo en polvo a discreción y pimienta negra molida. - Añade el contenido de la otra sartén y remueve hasta que se integre todo.
Rectifica de sal si fuera preciso. - Y este es el resultado!!
