- 2 Cda Polvo de Hornear
- 2 Cda Maizena
- ¾ de taza Harina
- 2 Cda Aceite

- Comenzaremos cortando una pechuga a la mitad, para luego hacer 4 cortes verticales y de estas tiras sacaremos cubos de pollo. Realizaremos una salmuera agregando 1 cdta de sal, ½ cdta de pimienta blanca, ½ cdta de ajo en polvo y 3 cucharadas de agua.
- Aparte colocaremos 5 cucharadas de k茅tchup, 4 cucharadas de az煤car, 3 cucharadas de agua y 2 cucharadas de miel. Mezclaremos todo muy bien y reservaremos nuestra salsa.
- Para la tempura que utilizaremos para fre铆r el pollo utilizaremos 1 huevo, 10 cucharadas de agua fr铆a, ½ cdta de ajo en polvo, ½ cdta de sal y mezclaremos todo. Luego agregaremos 2 cucharadas de maicena, 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear, y ¾ de taza de harina de trigo, mezclaremos todo y por 煤ltimo a帽adiremos 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal.
- A帽adiremos la mezcla de tempura al pollo y lo llevaremos a fre铆r con la ayuda de un palillo. Freiremos el pollo en 2 tandas, la primera la haremos a temperatura media y la segunda la freiremos a temperatura alta para que la masa tome un color dorado y textura crujiente.
- Calentaremos la salsa de miel en una sart茅n o un wok, cuando este hirviendo la apagaremos y agregaremos todo el pollo dentro de ella, lo removeremos y serviremos. Podemos utilizar cualquier tipo de plato para la decoraci贸n, yo eleg铆 este verde porque es de corte asi谩tico y como toque final rociaremos un poco de s茅samo blanco por encima del pollo.
