- En un bol, pondremos la harina, la cerveza y la pimienta negra al gusto. Mezclamos muy bien. Añadimos sal a la carne y la metemos en el bol, dejamos macerar 15 minutos. Esto será el rebozado de la carne.
- Pasados los 15 minutos, freímos la carne en abundante aceite de girasol y cuando estén dorados los pondremos en un plato. Reservamos.
- Cortamos los pimientos, la cebolla y la zanahoria en trozos grandes. Y vamos cortando la piña en trozos medianitos.
- Preparamos la salsa, en un bol pondremos la maicena, vinagre, zumo de la lata de piña, el ketchup y el azúcar. Mezclamos hasta que este todo muy bien integrado. Reservamos
- En un wok o sartén profunda, pondremos un poco de aceite de girasol, no demasiado y vamos a poner todas las verduras con una pizca de sal, Dejaremos las verduras echas pero crujientes esto no nos llevara demasiado tiempo.
- Cuando las verduras estes listas pero crujientes, añadimos los trozos de piña, la carne y la salsa. Bajamos el fuego y dejamos que se espese la salsa removiendo de vez en cuando (5-7 minutos).Listo!!!!
