Cuando el arroz esté listo lo dejamos enfriar un poquito 7 minutos aprox, cortamos los tallos del cebollín en cuadritos (solo la parte verde) y en una olla grande agregamos los 3 huevos con un chorro de aceite y hacemos los huevos como revueltos, cuando esté más o menos cocido agregamos el cebollín cortado en cuadrito y las láminas de jamón también en cuadritos revolvemos y agregamos el arroz y agregamos soya.
  5. Cuando la carne ya esté cocida con la cebolla agregamos el cebollín y ponemos soya, en un vasito con un poco de agua tibia agregamos chuño una cucharada y revolvemos y se la agregamos a la carne, esto le hará tener una contextura más espera y rica.
  6. Y eso sería, luego servimos y a disfrutar, acompañamos con una michelada jaja
