  3. Cuando empiece a ponerse transparente la cebolla y los champignons empiecen a perder agua se les cuela el achiote molido y dejamos que se terminen de cocer.
    Los servimos acompañados de tortillas y/o con arroz y frijoles refritos a un lado o en tostadas son sensacionales!!!
