- Por último cortamos a la mitad los chiles jalapeños y con ayuda de una cucharita le quitamos las semillas para que no pique tanto, si lo deseas puedes dejar algunas para un toque picante. Ya que los tenemos cortados y sin semillas los cortamos a lo largo en tiras delgadas y volver a cortar para que queden en cuadros.
Si no te agrada el jalapeño puedes sustituir con el de árbol o el serrano. - Vaciarlo en el recipiente donde están los demás ingredientes y mezclar bien, agregar sal al gusto y a disfrutar. 😉
- No se olviden de lavar muy bien los jitomates, los chiles y el cilantro debe estar bastante escurrido para que al momento de agregarlo a los demás ingredientes no escurra el agua, y se les arruine su preparación.
